The golden guarantee applies to all products except:

- Products that include a scarf or refill bottle.
- Scarf products and refill products sold separately.
Conditions for Eligibility
- The purchase must be made.
- The customer must use the attached golden guarantee sample without opening or using the main product or removing its original packaging.
- The original product box must be kept and returned with the shipment.
- The return request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
Product Inspection Process
- Returned products are inspected within a maximum of two working days after being received from the shipping company.
- The customer will be notified of acceptance or rejection after verifying the product condition.
If the Request is Approved
- Refund: The amount will be returned within 7 to 12 working days.
Shipping Fees
- 38 for returns outside Riyadh.
- 28 for returns within Riyadh.
