Products Covered by the Golden GuaranteeThe Golden Guarantee applies to all Asilia products except:
- Products listed under the offers and discounts section.
- Products that include a scarf (Scarf) or refill packaging.
- Scarf items and refill products sold separately.
Eligibility Conditions
- The purchase must be made through the official Asilia online store only.
- The customer must use the included Golden Guarantee sample without opening or using the main product or removing its original packaging.
- The original product box must be kept and returned via the approved shipping company.
- The return request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
Product Inspection Process
- Returned products are inspected within a maximum of two business days after receiving them from the shipping company.
- The customer will be notified of approval or rejection after verification of the product condition.
If the Request is Approved
- Refund: The amount will be returned within 7 to 12 business days.
Shipping Fees
- 38 for returns outside Riyadh.
- 28 for returns within Riyadh.
